All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT, according to the current VAT legislation.
Prices listed on our website can be changed at any time without any notice.
All product offers are valid until stock lasts.

Delivery and Pick-up
We will deliver all the products available in our website within Cyprus / Nicosia. We will deliver some products worldwide depending on the exclusivity to every different country. Please check each product individually to find out if delivery is possible to your territory. We will deliver all products and will do so for all weekdays, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Delivery methods for shipments within Cyprus:
- Pick-up from chosen Fit&Shape shop (FREE)
- Pick-up from any GAP Akis Express pick-up office
- Home Delivery, using GAP Akis Express Courier, except some remote areas
Delivery methods for shipments for the rest of the World by UPS:
- Check each product individually for delivery methods available. If you selected a product and no payment/shipping option is available.
We will do our best to dispatch your product within 24 hours. Please check each product individually for delivery time.
Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
We cannot take responsibility for order and delivery delays outside our liabilities such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
Order cancellation and Returns
f you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the item(s) within a period of 14 days (commencing from the date the goods are received). This applies to all of our products. However we regret that we cannot accept cancellations for purchases where the item(s) has been opened. To cancel an order, written or oral confirmation must be made within this 7 day period. Please email us at fitandshapefitness@gmail.com . Please ensure you type “Order Cancellation” in the subject line of your email.
Goods must then be returned unopened within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund for your order. All return orders should be sent to the following address:

WARNINGS (PLEASE ONLY PURCHASE AND USE THE PRODUCTS ON THIS WEBSITE IF YOU ARE MEETING THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS)

8. You are not pregnant or nursing.
